Breaking News The Cottage Family Centre , Fife Gingerbread and Home-Start are excited to share with you the launch of a new partnership approach to family support, The Early Years Collective. We will be working to deliver a collaborative model of support to families as part of the recent Fife Council Children Services commissioning process, and will work together to fulfil the ambitions of the Early Years’ Service Brief (2a). Over the coming weeks and months we will be introducing a new framework to integrate our approach in Fife, and our shared focus will be ensuring that families get the right support at the right time from the most appropriate early years’ service to meet their needs.
