Our rooms are available for Agency bookings only:
Cottage West - 29-31 Cawdor Crescent, Kirkcaldy
Main Hall - Can be set up as soft play or meeting room which seats up to 50 people - £30 per hour
Sitting Room - Garden access, please request kitchen access in advance, seats up to 8 people - £22 per hour
Toddler Room - seats up to 3 people - £18 per hour
Equipment Hire, projector, flipchart, hearing loop system - included with Main Hall hire
Cottage East - 34 St Clair Street, Kirkcaldy
Sitting Room 1 - seats up to 4 people, please request kitchen access in advance - £22 per hour
- Please request any baby equipment i.e. bouncy chair, high chair, etc.
- Access to our Big Garden is also available for all West contact rooms, please request access in advance.
- Set up/admin costs of 15% will be added to all bookings.
- Full fee is payable if booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours given.
- Any damage to rooms, equipment, fixtures or furnishings during the hire period will be charged separately to the hirer.
- Repair or replacement costs may be invoiced in addition to the room hire fee and admin charge.
